IVAPIX CORPORATION is committed to maintaining the security and integrity of our hosting infrastructure. We take all abuse complaints seriously and investigate each report we receive. When a violation is substantiated, or when activity contravenes applicable regulations including ICANN policies or registry requirements, we will take appropriate enforcement action.
Upon submission, you will receive a unique Case ID that serves as the reference number for your report. This identifier will be included in all related correspondence. While we may contact you for clarifying details, please understand that privacy obligations and internal policies may limit our ability to share specific outcomes or investigation updates.

    Jurisdictional Requirements

    IVAPIX CORPORATION is a United States corporation headquartered in Delaware. We comply with valid legal process issued under U.S. law. Law enforcement agencies from outside the United States must obtain appropriate authorization through U.S. legal channels, including Letters Rogatory or Mutual Legal Assistance Treaties (MLATs), before we can process their requests.
    The Company may use both persistent and session cookies; persistent cookies remain on your computer after you close your session and until you delete them, while session cookies expire when you close your browser. 

    Requesting Customer Information

    IVAPIX CORPORATION collects customer data solely to provide our services and fulfill billing obligations. We respect user privacy and do not voluntarily disclose customer information without valid legal authority.
    To request information about a hosted website or customer account, you must provide:

    – The specific domain name(s) or IP address(es) in question

    – A defined date range for the requested data

    – Description of the offense under investigation

    – Official contact information for the requesting agency

    Overly broad or vague requests cannot be processed. If your inquiry reveals a Terms of Service violation, we will handle it through our standard abuse procedures, which may include user notification or service suspension.

    Available Information

    Subject to a valid legal request, we may be able to provide:

    – Account holder name and contact information

    – Email address associated with the account

    – Phone number on file

    – Physical billing address

    – IP address used during account registration

    – Domain registration details (where we serve as registrar)

    – Service start and termination dates

    Unavailable Information

    We do not retain or cannot provide:

    – Payment card details (we do not store full card numbers)

    – Detailed connection logs or session metadata

    – Email content (unless specifically hosted on our mail servers)

    – Network-level traffic analysis

    Legal Process Requirements

    Customer data will only be disclosed in response to:

    – A valid subpoena signed by a court or authorized agency official

    – A search warrant

    – A court order or equivalent legal directive

    Data Preservation Requests

    Upon written request from a recognized U.S. law enforcement agency, IVAPIX CORPORATION will preserve available account data for 90 days in connection with an ongoing investigation. We will honor one extension for an additional 90 days if requested before the initial period expires. Preserved data will be deleted at the conclusion of the preservation window unless we receive formal legal process.

    Emergency Disclosure

    In situations involving imminent danger of death or serious physical injury, IVAPIX CORPORATION may voluntarily disclose customer information to law enforcement without a warrant or court order, as permitted under 18 U.S.C. § 2702(b)(8). Emergency requests should clearly state the nature of the threat and include direct contact details for the investigating officer.

    Customer Notification

    IVAPIX CORPORATION maintains a policy of notifying customers when their information has been requested by law enforcement, unless we are legally prohibited from doing so by court order, statute, or when notification would impede an active investigation into child exploitation.
